    WAG Compression Shorts

    I currently have a hamstring injury and was told by my sports doctor to purchase compression shorts to wear while I am at practice. Does anyone have any recommendations as to where I could buy them? Thank you! :)

    This is going to sound a bit disturbing, but hemroid cream helps a lot. Put it (unused) directly on the rip and put either band aids or a sock over it, since it would be uncovered. During the day, for pain, I would recommend neosporin and band aids.

    Yesterday at practice I got two blisters... I feel like I'm falling apart. :D Anyway, I don't know what to do about them. One is close to popping and the other is on its way. Should I pop them (like, with a needle) or just let them pop? Any advice?

    It hurts during vault and floor, but mostly during stretching. It does hurt when I use it just walking around or sitting down.
