Parents Are kids allowed to do school team and USAG?

We are starting the process of researching private schools for our kids to go to for middle school. (long story on why we are swapping from public to private for middle school; but it is just something that works for our family.) I was just looking at the website for one of the schools and saw...

Can anyone explain the differences please between the USAG and FIG scoring. I've heard on here a few times it's different. And then I've seen videos etc where I can't work out the scoring. Eg things like beam - a fall is a 1pt deduction. So that with any other deductions means at least...

Coaches USAG level 6 A and B requirements

Is this correct? It is the way I read the text but want to double check. Bars - the mount and dismount can count towards total number of A's and B's. Beam - the mount and dismount do not count for A's and B's because the have to start and finish on beam to count.
