Can you compete front walkover cartwheel on beam for Xcel Platinum as a connection? If so, how common is it?

Is there a minimum time for floor routines in platinum. I know it can not be longer than 1 minute 30 seconds, but can it be as short as a minute? Trying to figure out if DD needs a new routine.

Hey All, In Xcel Platinum, the gymnasts are required to have 6 A valued skills and 1 B valued skill. Although there is time left to achieve our goals, one of my gymnasts does not have her B valued skill yet. What is the deduction for not having that B valued skill? Thanks to anyone who replies!
