I new to the gymnastics world. I watched the video posted and watched her first meet after that. So I have a question, does she compete usag? Her routine doesnt look like any from our gym. And do you have any videos on bars. Enjoyed the video!!!

It is a USAG program called Xcel, also still called Prep-Optional in some parts of the country. All the levels of Xcel are like the JO Optional levels, meaning there is a list of requirements on each event, but the skills chosen to fulfill the requirements are optional. (Very cute routine, by the way)
