a proficient front/front takes at least a year of experience once they begin landing on their feet in gym training. let's keep this in mind for the poster. :)

Also let's keep on mind that they have a coach who suggested they could start doing a tusk in a week and compete it, so I'm not sure whether any of these things should even be going on at all. OP, if you do high school gymnastics, then I recommend you get to a USAG gym at least once a week to work with the coaches and equipment there.

Confused. Who isn't keeping that in mind???.......By the responses, I would say it's on the forefront of every ones mind, other than maybe the OP's coach.
