I think you get a bunch with a consignment order like you would get for a meet, at least that used to be the case. Not sure if you had any intention of doing that large of any order. Though it wouldn't hurt to call and ask if they could offer you a special deal- let them know what you need them for and how much you are able to pay. They might have overstocks they would be happy to get rid of.

I know that ebay has something where you can buy like a set of 15 ( give or take a few) scrunchies. Don't know if they're gk, but I think they are.
