ok, some of my advice is to do yoga before competition, that'll relax and stretch you out. As for your busy schedule, are you willing to give up another sport for gymnastics, or was gymnastics that sport?

yes, even if you weren't to go back college gymnastics would be an option (naigc)
If you went back to New Level 5, you would really need to score out and be ready for Level 7 to have a chance to get up to Level 10 (colleges preferred level)... but some (smaller) colleges will accept you as a Level 9 gymnast. The object would be to get out of compulsories as fast as you can. Maybe compete Xcel this season - Gold or Platinum (preferably Platinum if you can do at least 1 B skill on each event) based on where you were in USAG JO before leaving. Then, next year, as a high schooler, you can petition to enter JO Level 7... if you have the skills for it since it requires video evidence. If you develop the skills for Level 8 by then, you could compete Level 7 and score out and go to Level 8 as a freshman. then, it would be more possible to compete in college.Would it be a reasonable goal to compete NCAA gymnastics if I picked up at new level five this year in 8th grade?
