Send them to rope every time they hit their feet on the ground. Problem solvedWhat do you mean ropes?
Agreed don't see what rope will do for this, something like 1/2 leg lifts would be a better solution or even full if they are not strong enough for 1/2 because as it would be strengthening the correct muscles also don't use it as a punishment, add it into their rotations so they see it as part of their bar programme and not for doing it wrongI don't think punishment is the answer to every problem in gymnastics, and my girls especially have a love for rope climbs so they would see that as an award lol
