Home excersises???

I am a level 6 who is not competing right now because of fractures in my back. Does anybody know some good conditioning excersises to stay fit and get stronger while at home:confused: Other than push ups, crunches, ect...
 
You should really talk to your doctor. A broken back is serious stuff and you should be very careful. Those of us on CB have no idea what you cansafely do so ask your doctor.
 
Yes i agree. ask your doctor. they are the only one who could give you exercises that you would be able to safely perform.
