Hello everybody,
our gym has a GFA (gymnastics for all) camp at our gym strictly for team girls (which is weird because it's called 'for all') and it's so much fun. We do about 7 hours every day for five days, and is a crucial time to get new skills.

We also had a tramp and tumbling specialist come in for the week and he's awesome!!! In the last two days he's had me do a double back, full and a half, and double full for the first time EVER and on the tramp. lol he's a really good spotter.

I also did my Yurchenko on to the vault for the first time today, (the vault was low lol) and i did my back tuck on the high fat beam, and on low beam with no mats, woot. (ps ive never tried them before yesterday)

so yeah i'm excited about tomorrow, and ready for even more new skilzz:)
