Can you give me tips for my kip? I'm almost there but I just need to get on top of the bar.:)
 
I think leg lifts help. I do 150 left lifts in three sets of 50. Then I put my arms up and whip my legs up as if I'm whipping them up to the bar.

Glide, snap toes back to the bar as fast as possible, hold them there and PUSH to support. PUSH DOWN ON THE BAR.
