She is awesome. I wonder if she would even want the job? To some extent she seems to work with the system but stay out of the heat of it, at the same time.

A sac and Aly were both less than ideal bar workers - coincidence or coaching? If bars are our "weakness," I would think Valeri would be a great choice! Who else is in the running?
