after spending 2 saddd sadd weeks away from the gym, and training level 9, which means release moves and such, my hands are absolutely sore after a week back. i was wondering if anyone knew what i could do to help them for when i go back to the gym monday, and not hurt as bad?

their sore, just like the caluses hurt and the skins ripping a little, i never rip, just the skin tears a little if that makes any sense. haha

There's probably on one solution: Go back and work through this. I'd assume your hands will be better this week. They'll just have to get used to the pounding again.
 
yeah pretty much u have to just worl through it. cream and tiger balm will help a little. also, don't do as much bars for a bit. fileing down ur caluses could help too.
