Pulled muscles -.-

So I've gone and pulled the muscles in the back of my legs! What should I do to...erm... "un-pull" them?

EDIT 1: It's not worth going to physio...

EDIT 2: Not looking for full-blown medical stuff, just little "stragies" you guys have picked up over the years.

EDIT 3: Hurts to do a handstand, and I don't even want to think about trying anything else...
 
aaah. i hate pulled muscles! I pulled my hamstring and thigh muscle on the same leg, in the same month! I pulled my hamstring and had to miss a week of practice ( or well, sit out.) and hopefully for my thigh i'll only have to miss one practice..fingers crossed. its miserable lol. Whenever i pulled a muscle i usually just I alternated between ice and heat and my mom went out an bought icy hot and espom salts. I use the espom salt for a bath of warm water and sometimes put the icy hot on it and put it on my pulled muscle. It helped alot! Like mustlovejumping said i dont think theres anyway to "un-pull" it. just have to rest and wait for it to heal.
