WAG Question about levels?

So on the USAG level system, I've heard that for levels 3 and 4 you don't need a minimum score to move up to the next level. My gym starts competing at level 3, so do you think that I could move up to level 5 when I'm ready without competing? (I'd probably be competing with 5-11 year olds anyway) and sorry about asking a ton of questions on here. I just have a lot of questions. Haha!

Starting with the next competition season, you will have to have a mobility score from level 4. It used to be level 5; but the levels are changing.

It's up to your gym, where you be placed next season, not the USAG. USAG, just provides a minimum, but your gym and even you state may have different criteria.
