I have a rip that's quite large on my hand. problem is as soon as it fixes it is re ripping. Done this about 3 times. It's the only rip I have on my hands. And yes I wear grips. Any suggestions?

I usually put vitamin E oil on the rip & sleep with a sock on my hand to keep the oil from getting on anything. I use Band Aid Advanced Healing (or something like that) bandaids when I'm not at practice. For practice, I use new skin liquid bandaid (yes it burns! But it'll stay put) & tape grips.

All of the above, an maybe try putting a tape grip on under your grip for a few days. It might offer some protection from the friction between grip and hand, and help pad the hand just a wee bit.
Feel better soon!
