I think I would be less concerned with convincing the coaches that this is an unsafe practice and put my focus on finding a gym that has coaching practices that I agree with. If you get this practice changed aren't you just going to be questioning the saftey of everything else?

I'd run as fast as I could from this gym; if they think this is safe; I can't even imagine what other terribly unsafe things are going on.

Already gone! But worried about the girls who are left, and about the girls he will continue to do this to.
