How do you PROPERLY do a Pike and a Layout (E.g Head Position, Arms,Body Etc.)I need to get a Standing Pike -> Standing Layout -> Standing Full before July ( 4 Months ) I can do a Standing Tuck but it's not high enough for a pike (I'm messing up my ankle :( ). Tips to improve my Backtuck and some tips and tricks for Pike/Layout are appreciated

May i ask for what reason you need to learn a standing pike/layout? nd for clarification purposes, you would advance from here to a full is that correct? I personaly find standing layouts to be piontless, they always end up being piked in some mannor and from there it is just a pike so why bother trying to a layout, just my opinion. However, to better your hight in your back tuck you need to set with your arms and spot an object on the wall, this is what works for me. As for twisting, that is not my fortay, so i'll let someone else address that.
