I can do a: cartwheel, round-off, handstand, handstand bridge, handstand forward roll, handstand split, handstand walk 2 steps, backbend, and the occasional front limber. I'm learning front walkovers and back handsprings.

I'd say level three for now. I don't know all the floor requirements for level four since I'm Canadian with a different system, but I know you need a RO-BHS and a 180* spilt leap.

Just because I'm curious dunno, why do you say level 2?
The floor routine in level 2 skills are cartwheel, headstand, forward roll to straddle stand up, handstand.
Level 3 skills are Handstand forward roll, round-off, Back pike roll, lay down to bridge up, kickover, leap, straight jump, tuck jump.
The only thing she didn't state whether or not she could do a kick-over, so that would be in question.
But otherwise i think she fits into the level 3 category.
Thoughts?

Yes I can do a headstand and a back pike roll...and I can push up to a bridge and I can go back (backbend). I can kick over on a small incline.
