I am starting gymnastics in a week and i want to be able to do a back walkover by next week. And i wont have a spotter. I will be doing it down a short hill in my back yard. I am scared, because i dont know if it is safe or not. If it is safe i will try it. I have been trying back walkovers off...
Most of the time, when i do a handstand, i go into a front handspring. I dont know why, but my muscles are so used to doing a front handspring.
How can i stop myself from doing a front handspring?
I am in level 3 ( working on level 4 skills ) but i cant do a back walkover. I can do a back handspring and front handspring, but yet i cant do a back walkover.
