I have a 9 yr old USAG level 6. She's had an abbreviated season this year due to injury. I have no idea what they will do with her next year. My almost 4 yr. old goes to a preschool class once a week with her school. We may try her in a dance/gym combo class this summer.

I just have to commiserate on the brutal scoring at Level 6! My gymmie is putting out nice routines and getting butchered! She's not the only one by any means..so that makes me feel bettter! She doesn't pay much attention to scores and I really try not to...it's tougher for me to ignore!;-)...

I don't have any advice to add...just wanted to say that I never tire of watching her. She is very deserving of every win she gets!

Ms. Gym Thing had a repeat appt. at the orthopedic dr. today for her knee. There has been little to no improvement over the last week with rest and anti-inflammatory meds. He is sending her for an MRI next Wednesday. He thought if it was muscle related that we would've seen much more improvement...
