I came across this article & I thought it was quite interesting actually. I really like the method, and if anyone responds I'll elaborate some more later. Maybe I'll try it out with my teenage Cangym class, and see if my coach can try it out with team. Let's hear your thoughts on the article.

True, but I do like the style. I think it would make the gymnasts feel more "equal", if you know what I mean? Not so much "fix this, fix that", but more the coaches and gymnasts figure out a solution together, which isn't being done in our gym. Maybe I'm crazy, I don't know!
