Giant drills on straps?

Hey! So today at summer camp near the end of practice my coach let me start swinging on straps so i could try for my giants. So i did my taps and then my coach told me to do a cast away to tap to back uprise...i did it a couple times but then when my coach left i couldn't do them...and if i did i'd land hard on my gut..it hurt...my cast aways aren't the best but getting better. Do you have any advice for them? Did you ever have struggles with these? What comes after this for some giant drills?
