im at 25 pushups now and 45 squats befor dying,haha. can any1 do mor?
I think I hit something like 229 or 250 non weighted standing squats ( air squats ) a month or so ago.
I can do 25 single leg squats, but I'm sure if I pushed myself I could do 35-50. I hate doing that many reps, it's pretty pointless and aggravating but kinda fun to do once.
