i was doing a front pike on the tumble track and i landed sitting, folded in half. it didn't start hurting right after. i had a similar injury 2 years ago and i had to have physical therapy (it might be in the same spot). if i don't think about it, it doesn't hurt, but thats how it felt last time and then it got worse. i really don't want to go back to physical therapy.
