Hello everyone.
Im new to this site but before I joined i was reading about all the questions and answers and i have just a few to ask for help with:
  1. I have been learning kips for around 2 years now and the only thing i KEEP doing wrong is my timing is off by a split of a second, i push my legs away from the uneven bars to early. I have a competition in 3 weeks and I badly need my glide kip and my long kip.. Does anyone have any suggestions to what i could do to fix my timing? My coach tells me i have a beautiful kip its just this slight time error that is stopping me.
  2. I am wanting a nice six pack for this summer but I don't know what the best way is to get them? What ab exercises work for you?
that is all i can think of for the moment but I'm sure there is more.. I will keep posting!
