I was just given the TOPS team to train at my gym. Can someone give me some info on how you incorporate it in your program or training. Do you do it separate? or in practice ... what plans do you follow (if any) I'm like new to this but like the challenge and want to do it right. Thanks
 
Still trying to find out hour many hours a week do most gyms do TOPS? or how many days.
 
Well I can't speak for the "average" TOPS club as this is my first year coaching a TOPS group. At my gym I have three 8 year olds and one 7 year old that will test this year. They practice for an hour before their regular practice three times a week. Those practices are focused solely on the strength and flexibility portion of the test. In addition, the 8 year olds do two hours on one day of just skill work.
