Saw that on GymnasticsCoaching the other day. Both videos on the blog post were nearly the same but it was all good stuff that I'm pretty familiar with.

I have played with having kids do a circle to 1/4, 1/2 and then try to hop back and it's probably something I would have them do more of should I train boys again. Circle, fix position, hop back to start.

I did like the idea that in the early stages, it's important to just getting a few connected circles and then going back to worrying about the shape of the circle.
