OK, so I am a 27 year old former college wrestler who really needs to improve my flexibility. I have been all over the internet looking for instruction on how to increase my flexibiity, but there's so much different info on there that it's too confusing and I don't know which one to listen to. Therefore, I turn to the experts on being flexible while being more muscular than average people.
My flexibility was never great even while I was competing, but now that I don't practice 6 days a week and just run/lift all the time, I can barely touch my toes without bending my knees.
I understand that it will take some time, but I would really like to be able to be a very flexible person and would appreciate it if some of you could reccomend some websites/books/videos/etc that have the best advice and instruction that could guide me in my quest to be more flexible now than I ever was.
