WAG What percentage of L7 girls do you think make it/last to L10?

According to the stats, about 20%, or 1 in 5. 1% will make Elite. Oops - just noticed you are in Canada. Perhaps it is different there; I'm in the US.

20% seems too high to me. I have met many, many girls that never get past L8 or 9.

The numbers were from 2009, but prob haven't changed much: Around 7,600 level 7 and 1,600 level 10s. It seems about right to me; 4 drop out and 1 keeps going.

Almost 22,000 L4s; so about one in three will make it to L7, and about 1 in 12 will make it all the way to L10. Also, it looks like the largest fall off is the transition between compulsory and optionals, when only about half continue.
