When ever I'm training my hair ALWAYS falls out! It's so annoying, I will do one tumble and it will fall out! That's how easily it falls out
Any moms/dads/gymnasts know of any really good hair bands that will keep my hair in even a. Little bit longer during practice?

My club used to do it if we fell off beam, we then got a new coach (years ago now) who told us that we shouldn't because you are indicating that your routine is over and the judges have the right to stop marking (although i'm sure they wouldn't but half makes sense if you get me)
