    My club used to do it if we fell off beam, we then got a new coach (years ago now) who told us that we shouldn't because you are indicating that your routine is over and the judges have the right to stop marking (although i'm sure they wouldn't but half makes sense if you get me)

(our club went to sapphire last summer and trained with all the sapphire top squad like gabby jupp, Ellie Thompson etc.. and she was there) im pretty sure she was injured just before vol 3 (just after we went)...

    gymnastics planet and gymnastics express are both really good! although out of the two i would defiantly recommend gymnastics planet because i dont think gymnastics express does tiger paws :)
