so today i have my first ever for myself and the first from my gym, westerns nationals meet. im kind of nervous. my parents and i never would have thought that i could make it here my first year nine. at the beginning of my season, my routines were very rough. but now they have gotten better...

after spending 2 saddd sadd weeks away from the gym, and training level 9, which means release moves and such, my hands are absolutely sore after a week back. i was wondering if anyone knew what i could do to help them for when i go back to the gym monday, and not hurt as bad?

i myself cannot do a front walkover to save my self. i just keep trying and trying. my coach always says to me "make sure your bottom foot is flat" and some times on rare occasions i can do it. haha. well i hope it helps!
