how many episodes of make it or break it are there? i have seen 10 but cannot find number 11 or above, was there only 10 made?

How rea is 'make it or break it'? Here in europe we do not get such big gyms and such forceful coaches and parents, is the program a true picture of the the world of gym in the USA?
