My dd gets rips all the times on her hands during the bars practice. Yesterday she had a meet and she could not compete on bars cause her hands were bleeding :-( it was so sad!! Her coaches do not let her use tape at practice NOR at meets, or any other sort of protection. I do not understand...

Hey, so I have been having problems with my tape grips. They work, but they get all bunched up on my hands. It is really uncomfortable. I just attach the grips to myself with a strip around my wrist. Is there another way to make grips so that they don't bunch up? Or another way to tape them on?

Hey guys, When you apply/use athletic tape, do you leave it on the whole day like during school etc.? or do you only apply and use it during gymnastics or sporting activities? Thanks!! :) Oh & what do you apply under the tape so it doesn't hurt when you take it off?
