Afraid of skills :(

How do you overcome a very bad fear of going backwards? I have tried a lot of things to overcome my fear, but it's not working. Any tips?
 
I just tell myself I have to do this skill in 3-2-1 and boom I do it. I pretend I'm Shawn Johnson on beam when I'm doing terrible. Pretend you're in the Olympics. Just think I want this. I have a dream and I'm going to do this for my dream. Regardless if your dreaming of going to the Olympics or just dreaming of a certain level or skill!

I tell myself better do it now rather than waste my time. I know I'm going to do it at some point. Might as well get it over with quicker. It's all about your mind
 
Just take a deep breath and tell yourself that you'll be ok. And talk to your coaches. They'll tell you what to do.
