Parents Back in the gym

Well my dd has been back in the gym for a few weeks now. Boy isn't she a different person. I can't believe how much more focus she has become, I am not sure if it is to do with age or having a little break but what ever it is hope she keeps it up. She has lost a few skills but not to many so that is a good thing. The best thing is her little smile on her face it is so good to see her so happy.

I didn't know she had had a break from gym. Glad she is in a happy place and doing well. It was obviously a good move! Does she have some competitions coming up?

Yeh she had about 3 months. No she doesn't have any until March next year. Because in Australia they have the international stream which is what she is in they don't compete many comps they just focus on training skills at a young age.

glad to hear that the break did her well & that she is more focused & hasnt lost too many skills. She should be back to her old self when it is time for competition
