My daughter is almost 11 and getting ready to compete level 9 . She is working back tucks on beam as well as a new round off full dismount . Since she "bangs " her feet together when landing on the beam for these 2 skills , she has a bump and lots of bruising on that Boney part on the inside of her foot. Any suggestions to prevent this from happening ? Luckily she has a week break soon , it's really painful !!
