WAG FHS Vault over table

In a front handspring vault, avoid thinking that you are landing on the table. You don’t really land on in, you rebound off it. The hands should be in there very briefly.

Just like rebounding on your legs in the floor.

There are a number of factors that could be causing the problem. A few examples -

Running too slowly

Something causing you to slow down in run and hurdle.

Vault table too low.

Board too close to table.

Hitting table at the wrong angle.

Body tension too loose.

Weak handstand
