I am 14 and in level 4 and I love it! However I am struggling with a few skills. I am no particularly flexible and I really need to get my back walkover! Does anyone have suggestions to help?

You could do lots of back bend kick overs and back bend stand up. As well as back flexibility, you also need shoulder flexibility so you could work on my that?
 
How I learnt is by kicking of my sofa, then my mat folded up and then finally the floor. If you have access to a trampoline you could try kicking over on that as you will have more bounce :)
