I couldn't resist the title
In a normal day, how well do you eat? By this I mean how many treats do you have a day? Since I was little I've always tried to get every food group in each of my meals, and generally allowed myself one treat a day. A treat could be a bowl of ice cream for snack, a handful of cookies, a milkshake, etc. I never eat fast food and very rarely drink pop. This has always worked well for me and the rest of my family as e're quite active. My twin sister does varsity hockey, my brother skateboards and plays hockey, and I do gymnastics 8 hours a week. My parents are very active as well with running and cycling to work.
I'm just curious how/if everyone else organizes their food for the day.
