I have been having trouble with my hip. It has been hurting me for awhile now. It kind of like an ongoing pain that never seems to stop. It especially start to flare up when im running for vault or doing switch side leaps. And its always a dull pain. I know you cant diagnose me through the internet, but can you you please give me advice.. Like conditioning or stretching that is going to help me? Ive been icing for like a week now.
