I'm injured again

So Tuesday night I was a practice, and my coach was finally going to let me try my new tumbling pass (round off bhs bt ft) and as I landed my back tuck I rolled my ankle and didn't realize it until I already jumped for my front tuck and when I landed I rolled it again, so after that I spent like an hour at the gym and then went home, the next day we went to the orthopedic (I couldn't walk) and they said it was just a really bad sprain and I had done the same thing 2 months ago, anyway Saturday I had an MRI for my other ankle and found out that I had bone fragments rubbing against a tendon and so they have me a cortisone shot and now I'm in a boot for 3 weeks, sorry for the long story it's been a bad week.... And now I'm probably not going to get to be a l8 because I'm not going to get my tumbling pass:(
