This is asking pretty much everyone--current gymnasts, former gymnasts, coaches, and even parents. Just for fun, how many (man) pushups can you do in a row?
Dunno, really. It's been too long. Used to be between 50-75 but I haven't really done many pushups since last summer.
Gonna do CrossFit's "Murph" today which has 200, so I'll find out. Burning out on a max set might not be a smart thing to do (especially if I can only do somewhere between 50-75 and still have 150ish to go) but if I was smarter I probably wouldn't be doing it.
Need to do some conditioning to last me to July 5th or Labor Day.
cbifoja-hahahaha!!!!! I needed a good laugh!!! -3! I'm still laughing. It doesn't take much anyways, although I have Aflac I'm not about to try but I'm pretty sure I can beat the -3 with a -4 or -5.
