What is the deduction for ommiting the bhs in the level 3 floor routine? What about if it was spotted? What about the deduction for bent arms in the bwd roll to pushup?

1.2 for omitting BHS.
0.5 for the spot + up to the value of the skill (0.6) depending on how much the judges think the coach assisted.

Bent arms on B'wd roll are up to 0.30.
