WAG Level 8 bars

I have a question about one of my level 8's in USAG. She struggles to do a cast handstand pirouette, but EVERYONE seems to be doing that in their routines. Can she do a bail (high to low), straddle back (high to low), or a toe hect (low to high) instead of this pirouette?

Yes she can. You need a minimum of a B element with flight or turn, all things you named are allowed
