Level 9 requirements?

I was just wondering what all the requirements were for level 9 on each event and what were some examples for each skill. i was also wondering what bonus you could get on each event. i want to get a SV of 10.0 on each event.

all release moves are allowed at level 9.

Vault: 10.0 SV tsuk tuck full, handspring Front tuck, tsuk or yurchenko layout.

Floor: 10.0 SV 1st pass RO BHS 1 1/2 twist Front Pike, 2nd pass front layout front pike, 3rd pass RO BHS Full, 1 1/2 turn, switch leap tour jete 1/2 split full or switch side popa.

Beam: 10.0 SV BHS BHS, switch leap back tuck, split jump tuck 3/4, front full or back full dismount.

Bars: 10.0 SV Kip clear hip chinese sit up, giant 1/2 or 1/2 pirouette directly connecting to overshoot to 15 degree of HS; kip squat clear hip to double tuck/pike.
