New to T & T

[Gym Ski]

My 13 year old daughter will compete in her first T & T Meet this weekend. She was an artistic gymnast through L7 before retiring this summer due to elbow tendonitis. In 6 months, she has learned enough skills to start in all three apparatuses as L8. Is it common for Artistic gymnasts to successfully transfer over to T & T? She is working on double and triple flips and is having a blast!

Our gym has an artistic and T&T program and we do have kids transition (often after a nagging injury) and it typically goes well. My oDD is artistic L6, oDS is level 6 T&T and yDS is developmental T&T and yDD is only 3 LOL. I hope she enjoys her new love! Good Luck for a great season!
