I have been having a lot of heal pain lately, so my mom and I went to the doctor. The doctor told us that the best thing to dos was rest so I gave it 4 - 5 days and then I had practice again. At practice my foot felt better but it was still hurting. I've tried to stay off of it at home and I ice it, but will practicing just make it worse, or is it ok for me to practice? I practice 11.5 hours a week.
