I only have a few more practices until my next meet and I'm not ready! I've been having trouble with gymnastics for the past few months and I'm competing Platinum this season. Do you guys have any tips?
My kip is not very consistent anymore
I lost my high bar kip (I need a lot of help on this one I can't get on top of the bar)
I keep jumping on the back of the springboard, I had to lower my table height from the summer because I wasn't jumping high enough and its hard to block
Round off back tuck has no set
I think my legs got longer and my arms seem to have no strength anymore but I don't know, help would be appreciated a lot
